For 5 minutes, heat up an air fryer to the 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) setting.

In a big bowl, mix together cold butter, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, paprika, and cayenne. Toss the chicken pieces in the sauce to cover them completely.

Put the chicken pieces in the air fryer basket so that they are all close together. They might need to be cooked one at a time.

Eight to ten minutes, or until the chicken is no longer pink in the middle and the juices run clear, air fry in a hot pan. When put near the middle, an instant-read thermometer should show 165 degrees F (74 degrees C).
