Aperol Sour Recipe 

This Aperol sour is a twist on a whiskey sour that uses Aperol and gin instead of whiskey, resulting in a citrusy, herbal cocktail. Chill your glass in the freezer while preparing the cocktail.  Cheers! 🍹😊

– 1 1/2 fluid ounces Aperol – 1 1/2 fluid ounces gin – 1 fluid ounce fresh lemon juice – 1 fluid ounce simple syrup – 1 large egg white – 2 dashes bitters, such as Angostura Bitters® – 1 cup ice

Step 1

Mix Aperol, gin, lemon juice, simple syrup, egg white, and bitters in a shaker. Shake until frothy, add ice, shake again, then strain into a chilled glass. Optional: add a dash of bitters as garnish. Cheers! 🍹😊
