Apple, Strawberry, and Banana Smoothie Recipe

Make a healthy apple smoothie in minutes to start your day. This fruit-packed morning smoothie is creamy, sweet, and filling. 


– 3/4 cup vanilla almond milk – 1 apple - peeled, cored, and cubed – 1 cup halved frozen strawberrie – 1 frozen banana, peeled and cubed – 1/4 cup vanilla Greek yogurt (such as Cabot® 2% lowfat vanilla Greek yogurt)



Mix almond milk, apple, strawberries, banana, and yogurt in a blender.

Use a rubber spatula to scrape the blender sides as needed to make it smooth.Pour into glasses and serve now.
