Baked Banana Chips Recipe

Chips made from bacon are a snack that is not only delicious but also simple to prepare. 

– 2 just-ripe bananas, sliced in 1/10-inch-thick rounds, or more as needed – 1 teaspoon lemon juice, or to taste

Step 1

Heat the oven to 225°F (110°C). Parchment a baking sheet.

Step 2

On the prepared baking sheet, place banana slices without touching. Use lemon juice.

Bake 90 minutes in preheated oven. Once or twice, lift banana slices to remove paper.

Continue baking bananas for 30–90 minutes to dry.  Cool bananas for 5 minutes to crisp.
