Baked Kale Chips Recipe

A tasty homemade snack is these crispy oven-baked kale chips. Like potato chips, you can't stop eating one. Also great for parties. 

– 1 bunch kale – 1 tablespoon olive oil – 1 teaspoon flaked sea salt

Step 1

Collect ingredients. Turn on the oven to 300°F. Parchment a rimmed baking sheet.

Use a knife or kitchen shears to delicately cut kale leaves from thick stalks into bite-sized pieces.

Kale should be salad-spun and dry.Add olive oil to kale and mix. Sprinkle salt over a uniform layer on the baking sheet without overlapping.

Bake 20–30 minutes until the edges brown without burning.Enjoy!
