– ▢ 4 (6-ounce) salmon fillets– ▢2 tablespoons butter, melted– ▢½ tablespoon lemon juice, plus more lemon slices for garnish– ▢3 garlic cloves, minced– ▢kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste– ▢1 teaspoon finely chopped parsley– ▢1 teaspoon finely chopped dill

Brush salmon. Let salmon sit for 15 minutes before baking at 375°F (190°C). In a small bowl, melt butter and add ¼ slice of lemon juice. Apply butter mixture to baking dish fish.

Bake the salmon. Top the salmon with the minced garlic, salt, and pepper, and bake for 12 to 15 minutes, or until cooked through.
