Big-Batch Pineapple-Basil Vodka Sours Recipe

Get in touch with your inner bartender by using homemade sour mix and vodka that has been infused. Then, shake them together to make your own sweet and sour drink. 

Ingredient

Put pineapple in a 1-quart jar for pineapple-basil vodka. Top with vodka, cover, and allow infuse with pineapple flavour for 1–3 days. Strain basil after 1–2 hours of infusion.

Stir sugar and water in a skillet over high heat until sugar dissolves for the DIY sour mix. Remove heat and cool. Adding lime and lemon juice. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour and up to 1 week.
