I occasionally prepare cinnamon tea with the German china tea set my mother-in-law brought home from a trip. I feel special and can recall her with each sip.
Ingredient
– 2 cups water– 6 (4-inch) cinnamon stick– 4 lemon slices, or as needed– 4 teaspoons honey, or to taste

Boil water and cinnamon sticks in a small pot over medium-high heat. Cover, lower heat, and simmer 5 minutes.

Allow to steep for 5 minutes after removing from heat. Serve heated with lemon wedges and a teaspoon honey.
