Polish dish combining bacon, fried cabbage and egg noodles.
Ingredient
– 1 pound bacon– 1 onion, diced– 1 (16 ounce) package egg noodle– 1 head cabbage, sliced– salt and ground black pepper to taste

Cut bacon into small pieces with scissors and fry in a large skillet over medium heat for 10 minutes, tossing often, until crisp. Cook and stir onion and bacon until translucent, about 5 minutes more; set aside, leaving skillet drippings.

Bring a big saucepan of lightly salted water to boil. Cook egg noodles in boiling water for 5 minutes, tossing regularly, until cooked but firm to the biting. Drain.

In the noodle pot, cover cabbage with bacon and onion drippings. Cover pot and stir occasionally until cabbage is tender, 10–12 minutes. Season noodles with salt and black pepper and gently stir.
