Easy Asian Cucumber Salad Recipe

This easy Asia Cucumber Salad recipe is light and refreshing and comes together quickly for an amazing side dish! 

 – ▢ 1 large English cucumber, sliced* about 4 cup – ▢½ cup rice vinegar – ▢2 tsp sesame oil – ▢1 Tbsp liquid aminos, soy sauce, or coconut amino – ▢1 small clove garlic, minced – ▢2 tsp pure maple syrup

Step 1

Stir together the rice vinegar, sesame oil, liquid aminos (or soy sauce or coconut aminos), garlic and pure maple syrup in a mixing bowl.

Step 2

Thinly slice the cucumber after peeling it in 3–4 pieces.

Add sliced cucumber to mixing bowl and mix well.

Serve the salad after marinating for at least 1 hour, preferably 12–24. Let it sit longer for additional taste!
