Overnight oats with warm chai spices are a nutritious breakfast! Easy to cook, ideal for meal prep or making ahead, and full of fibre and vitamins, these Chai Overnight Oats start your day well.
Ingredient
– 1 cup rolled oats, (rolled oats *not quick oats)– 1 1/2 tbsp chia seeds, (learn chia seeds' nutrition benefits)– 1 1/2 tsp chai spice, or more to taste, see note– 1 cup plain Greek yogurt– 1 cup milk of choice– 1 1/2 tbsp pure maple syrup, or other liquid sweetener

Mix oats, chia seeds, and chai spice in a big bowl. (See notes for homemade chai spice instructions)

Mix in plain greek yoghurt, milk, and maple syrup. Blend well.

Split overnight oats mixture among 3 airtight containers or mason jars. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.

As soon as you get it out of the fridge in the morning, top it with anything you choose and dig in!
