Eggless French Toast Recipe

With this method, you can make French toast without eggs, but it still tastes great. The recipe was made by my husband for our son, who is allergic to eggs and other things. Sugar and syrup should be used to decorate. 

– 1 cup milk – 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon – 1 teaspoon vanilla extract – 1 teaspoon butter, or as needed – 4 slices white bread, divided

Step 1

In a small bowl, mix the milk, cinnamon, and vanilla together using a whisk.

Warm up the butter in a big pan over medium-low heat.

Lightly spread both sides of two slices of bread with the milk mixture by pressing them into it gently. Do not let them soak.

Step 4

Melt the butter and cook the slices in it until they are golden brown and kind of hard, about 5 to 8 minutes per side. Do this with the rest of the bread slices.
