Glazed Maple Pecans recipe

– Pecan – Coconut sugar – Chili powder – ground cinnamon – vanilla extract, and sea salt – Fresh rosemary



Toast pecans in a pan over medium-low heat for 2-3 minutes, tossing regularly. Remove the skillet from heat and add 1 tablespoon maple syrup, and two pinches sea salt.

Mix to coat. Add chopped rosemary and mix.

Spread pecan mixture on parchment-lined baking sheet in a single layer. Bake 10 minutes.

 After baking, pour remaining tablespoon of maple syrup on pecans. Turn to coat. Add a pinch of salt to taste.
