Gluten-free Chocolate Chip Pumpkin Bread Recipe

Fall into warm, spiced pumpkin bliss with Gluten-Free Chocolate Chip Pumpkin Bread made with an all-purpose gluten-free flour blend and pumpkin pie spice. This gluten-free pumpkin bread is the perfect fall treat. 

– 1 (15-oz) can pumpkin puree – 2 egg – 1 stick (1/2 cup) butter melted and cooled – 2 tsp pure vanilla extract optional – 2 cups gluten-free all-purpose flour – 1 cup coconut sugar or raw cane sugar – 1 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice – 1 tsp baking soda – 1 tsp sea salt – 2/3 cup chocolate chips optional

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F and line a 9” x 5” loaf pan with parchment paper.

 Whisk the canned pumpkin puree, eggs, melted butter, and vanilla extract in a bowl by hand or with an electric mixer.

In a separate bowl, combine the flour, sugar, pumpkin pie spice, baking soda and sea salt and stir well until combined..

Pour the dry mixture into the bowl with the wet mixture and stir until well-combined.

 Toss the chocolate chips in 1 teaspoon of gluten free flour, then add it to the mixing bowl with the bread batter. Stir until well-combined.

 Remove bread from oven and allow it to cool at least 40 minutes before slicing and serving
