Line a baking sheet with crackers and arrange them in a single layer.

Add vegan butter to a small pot on medium heat. Add coconut sugar to melted butter and stir constantly till a low boil. Immediately remove mixture from heat after 3 minutes of boiling.

Over the crackers, pour the mixture that contains the coconut sugar. To ensure that the crackers are completely covered, spread it out into a uniform layer with a rubber or offset spatula.

Place baking sheet in oven for 3–4 minutes. Sprinkle chocolate chips evenly over top after baking. Return the baking sheet to oven for 2-3 minutes. Spread melted chocolate chips on top using a spatula.
