Kombucha modernises these sour, effervescent margaritas! I usually drink GT's Synergy California Citrus kombucha, but try other flavors—you can't go wrong!

Half-fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Pour tequila, triple sec, and lime juice into the shaker. Seal and shake hard for 10–15 seconds to frost exterior.

Sprinkle salt on a dish. Use the lime wedge to wet the glass rim. Press the wet rim into salt. Fill glass with ice.

Spread the margarita out in the glass, and then add the kombucha on top. Gently stir, and if you want, add a lime wedge to look nice.
