– Nacho – 1 pound ground beef – 1 small sweet onion finely diced – 1 packet taco seasoning – 3/4 cup water – 1 bag (12-14 oz) tortilla chip – 1 can (15 oz) black beans – 1 cup frozen corn – 1-2 jalapeños – 3 cups shredded cheese – Nacho Toppings & Garnish – Avocado chunk – Guacamole – Sour cream – Chopped cilantro – Finely diced red onion – Chopped Roma tomato – Pico de gallo – Black olive – Lime

Warm the oven up to 425 ℉. Cover a 12"x17" baking sheet with a lip with foil or parchment paper. This is also known as a cookie sheet.

As the sweet onion and ground beef cook in a skillet over medium-high heat, break them up into small pieces. Take the extra fat out of the pan.

Put the chips on the sheet pan evenly. Sprinkle taco meat on chips equally. Layer black beans, corn, jalapeños, and shredded cheese on top of the nachos.

Bake for 10-15 minutes to melt and bubble cheese. Remove nachos from oven and top with your chosen toppings before serving.
