Parmesan Cheese Crisps Recipe

To substitute croutons, add Parmesan cheese chips to soup, salad, or charcuterie. Using store-shredded Parmesan makes crisps "lacy". Recent Parmesan melts better and fills crisps. Sprinkle spice on crisps before baking for flavour.

Create 16 2-inch cheese mounds on the prepared baking sheet, at least 1 inch apart, using a tablespoon. Press each mound's centre to thicken it uniformly.
