PB & J Smoothie Recipe

For a smoothie with fewer calories, you can make this one with peanut butter powder instead of peanut butter. 

– 6 frozen strawberries, or more to taste – ¾ cup milk – 1 ½ tablespoons peanut butter – 1 tablespoon blue agave nectar, or more to taste – 1 tablespoon flax seed

Step 1

Strawberries, milk, peanut butter, blue agave, and flax seeds should be blended together in a blender until these ingredients are thoroughly incorporated.
