Raspberry Chia Seed Pudding Recipes

Raspberry chia pudding with greek yogurt and maple syrup is simple. This dish is ideal for healthy breakfast and snack meal planning.    

–  ▢  ½ cup fresh raspberries, mashed + more for topping 3 Tablespoons chia seeds ½ cup unsweetened almond milk, or milk of choice ¼ cup plain Greek yogurt 1-2 teaspoons maple syrup 1 teaspoon lemon juice ½ teaspoon vanilla granola, for topping, optional

Step 1

A mason jar with mashed raspberries, almond milk, Greek yogurt, chia seeds, maple syrup, lemon juice, and vanilla. Mix again after 5 minutes to remove clumps. Put mixture in fridge for 30–12 hours.

Step 2

As soon as you are ready to consume it, garnish it with a few raspberries and granola, if you so wish, and dig in!
