Gin and tonics are the most refreshing summer cocktails, therefore I'll show you my version. The Basque cooks established the style to add items to the glass to make gin taste even better.
1
Fill a big red wine glass nearly full with new ice.Put entire spices in the glass. Juniper berries, peppercorns, star anise, cardamom pods, cloves, and cinnamon sticks complement gin ingredients.
2
Before adding, "bruise" entire spices with your fingers or a knife for a stronger taste.

4
Slice and/or zest your preferred citrus fruits. Gently whisk and combine the drink using a cocktail stirrer or spoon. Do not stir hard!
5
Insert fresh herb sprigs. Basil, thyme, mint, rosemary, and tarragon are popular.
6
Slap the herbs or compress between your fingers to activate the essential oils for a stronger, more aromatic result.Serving 3–5 minutes after combining lets drink chill.
