Sparkling Mango Pineapple Sangria Recipe

Sparkling wine makes this summer mango pineapple sangria fun. Fresh tropical fruit, flavoured rum, and Prosecco make you want to relax in the sun. 


– 1/2 cup pineapple juice – 1/2 cup mango juice – 1/2 cup pineapple rum – 1/2 cup mango rum – 1/2 fresh pineapple - peeled, cored, and cut into chunk – 2 mangos - peeled, seeded, and sliced – 1 (750mL) bottle Prosecco sparkling wine



Mix pineapple juice, mango juice, pineapple rum, mango rum, chunked pineapple, and mango slices in a large pitcher. Chill 2–4 hours.

Before serving, pour in some Prosecco. Mix well, and serve chilled.
