  1. Bring a big pot of water that has been just mildly salted to a boil. Cook the pasta in the boiling water, stirring it regularly, for approximately twelve minutes, or until it is cooked but still firm to the biting. Drain and maintain a warm temperature.
  2. As this is going on, put the butter and flour into a pot and set it over medium heat. During the melting of the butter, whisk the flour to make a roux.   3. Mix in the pasta that has been drained, and then carefully fold in the crab meat.
