The manufacturer recommends preheating the air fryer to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).

Cut each mini-pepper in half, stem to tip. Remove seeds and membranes. Pour Boursin into mini-peppers and top with bacon.

Cook loaded mini-pepper halves in a single layer in the air fryer for 8–12 minutes until bacon is crisp. Air fry in batches as needed.

Place on a dish, decorate with parsley, and serve warm.
