Air Fryer Bell Pepper Poppers Recipe

For an appetiser, consider air-fried bell pepper poppers. Not everyone can handle the heat of jalapeño peppers? No worries! Fill brilliantly coloured tiny bell peppers with Boursin herb-flavored Gournay cheese and top with a little bacon. Single-layer air fry in batches, depending on air fryer size. 

Ingredient

– 9 mini pepper mini bell pepper – 1 (5.2-ounce) package Gournay cheese (such as Boursin Garlic & Fine Herbs Cheese) – 6 slices bacon, each cut into 3 short piece – fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

The manufacturer recommends preheating the air fryer to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).

Cut each mini-pepper in half, stem to tip. Remove seeds and membranes. Pour Boursin into mini-peppers and top with bacon.

Cook loaded mini-pepper halves in a single layer in the air fryer for 8–12 minutes until bacon is crisp. Air fry in batches as needed.

Place on a dish, decorate with parsley, and serve warm.
