Air Fryer Buffalo Cauliflower Recipe

A air oven Buffalo cauliflower is a smart way to eat vegetables without giving up the cheesy taste of buffalo wings. This is always served with our favourite blue cheese sauce and carrot and celery sticks. 

Ingredient

– ½ cup Buffalo wing sauce (such as Frank's) – 1 tablespoon butter, melted – 1 teaspoon honey – 1 (2 pound) cauliflower, broken into floret – ¼ cup all-purpose flour – ¼ cup cornstarch – 1 teaspoon garlic powder – ½ teaspoon seasoned salt (such as Lawry's) – ¼ teaspoon paprika – drizzle of buffalo wing sauce (optional)

Whisk spicy sauce, butter, and honey in a large bowl. Stir cauliflower florets to coat.

Stir flour, cornflour, garlic powder, seasoning salt, and paprika in a separate basin. Sprinkle the flour mixture over the cauliflower florets and toss until covered.

Heat the air fryer to 390°F (195°C). Use olive oil spray or parchment paper to line the frying basket.

Don't overcrowd the air fryer basket; add cauliflower florets in a single layer to crisp up and avoid sogginess.

Air fried the florets for 10–15 minutes, shaking the basket frequently, until lightly browned. Crispy, not mushy or overcooked. Air fryers vary in size, so you may have to cook in batches.

Air fryer size and brand affect cooking time. If desired, sprinkle buffalo wing sauce over air-fried cauliflower. Choose a creamy dipping sauce.
