Aperol Sour Recipe
Using Aperol and gin instead of whisky, this Aperol sour is lemony and herbaceous. Keep your glass frozen when making the cocktail.
Ingredient

– 1 1/2 fluid ounces Aperol
– 1 1/2 fluid ounces gin
– 1 fluid ounce fresh lemon juice
– 1 fluid ounce simple syrup
– 1 large egg white
– 2 dashes bitters, such as Angostura Bitters®
– 1 cup ice

Stir Aperol, gin, lemon juice, simple syrup, egg white, and bitters in a cocktail shaker. Shake mixture 30–45 seconds until foamy.

Add ice to shaker and shake again for 15–30 seconds to chill. Strain into chilled coupe. Add more bitters if desired.
