Rich Almond Milk Eggnog Recipe

For lactose-intolerant or plant-based milk lovers, this delicious almond milk eggnog is dairy-free.  



– 1 duck egg – 1 cup vanilla almond milk – 1 tablespoon white sugar – 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract – 2 tablespoons non-dairy whipped topping – 1 pinch ground nutmeg

Step 1

Duck egg in glass bowl. Whip egg until golden and foamy with electric wire whip. Add almond milk, sugar, and vanilla; mix.

Divide drink between two mugs. Add non-dairy whipped topping and freshly grated nutmeg. Serve now.
