Easy Vegan Queso Bean Dip recipes

This is a spicy Vegan Queso Bean Dip recipe made with jalapeños, cashews, and spices. A simple plant-based starter that you can share! Also gluten-free.

Ingredient

– Canned black bean – Minced garlic – Yellow onion – Tomato paste – Jalapeño – Raw cashew – Lemon juice – Olive oil – Dijon mustard – Nutritional yeast – Spice

Pack the cashews into a powerful mixer and add hot water on top of them. Wait at least five minutes before using.

Put the onions, jalapeños, and garlic in a 10-inch cast iron or oven-safe pan. Cook for one minute.

Mix the beans and cheese together, then add the cashew cheese sauce and slowly stir it in.
