Fall Cider Mules Recipe

Fall Moscow mule update: delicious! This unique way to drink one of our favourites is wonderful. Warm, delicate apple cider spice is sweet and pleasant with a "bite" from fresh lime juice, ginger, and Tito's® vodka. 

Ingredient

Ginger Syrup: 

 – 1 cup white sugar – 1 cup water – ½ cup chopped fresh ginger

 – ¼ cup freshly squeezed lime juice – 1 ½ cups sparkling apple cider – 1 cup vodka (such as Tito's®) – 1 medium lime, cut into 4 wedge – 4 cups ice, or as needed

Step 1

 Place sugar, water, and ginger in a small saucepan over medium-high heat. Stir regularly while simmering to dissolve sugar. Cool and filter into a pitcher; discard solids. Cool thoroughly, 30–45 minutes.

Step 2

Place 1/4 cup of cooled ginger syrup in a separate pitcher and save the rest. Add vodka, sparkling cider, and lime juice. Serve in 4 ice-filled glasses with lime wedges.
