This drink with no alcohol in it is made stronger with spicy harissa, Lapsang souchong tea, and rose water. Aquafaba makes froth that is good for vegans.

Mix tea, pomegranate juice, lemon juice, harissa simple syrup, aquafaba, and rose water in a cocktail shaker. Cover and shake 45 seconds until pressure increases and mixture emulsifies.

Pour ice into shaker. Cover and shake for 30 seconds to frost shaker outside. Strain into glass. Sprinkle pink peppercorns.
