Kombucha Mule Recipe

This tart and fizzy Moscow Mule uses ginger-flavored kombucha instead of ginger beer for less sweetness. 

– 1 ½ cups ice – ½ fluid ounce freshly squeezed lime juice – 2 fluid ounces vodka – 4 ounces ginger-flavored Kombucha (such as KeVita®Master Brew Ginger) – 1 thin lime slice (optional)

Step 1

A copper mule mug should be filled with ice. Combine the vodka and lime juice by stirring them together.

Step 2

Adding ginger kombucha to the top. Repeat the light stirring, and then garnish with a piece of lime.
