A superfood power greens salad with fresh, tasty vegetables 

 – ▢ 1 medium crown broccoli, chopped into small floret – ▢1/2 small head green curly kale, finely chopped – ▢1/2 English cucumber, thinly sliced – ▢3 cups baby spinach, chopped – ▢1 cup microgreen – ▢1 avocado, diced – ▢1 tablespoon hemp hearts – ▢3 tablespoons olive oil – ▢3 tablespoons lemon juice – ▢sea salt, to taste

Step 1

Stock a large basin with vegetables. Mix lemon juice and olive oil in a small bowl and sprinkle on veggies. Mix thoroughly to coat. Season with sea salt. As a side or with your favorite meal!
