Simple Chimichurri Recipe

Maybe we'd spend all day listing all the things we adore about chimichurri sauce. However, the prep must be one of our favorites. It takes 5 minutes or less to make this 2-step recipe. 


– 1 cup parsley, chopped – ¼ cup extra virgin olive oil – 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar – 1 shallot, diced – 2 garlic cloves, minced – ¼ teaspoon salt – ¼ teaspoon black pepper – ⅛ teaspoon red pepper flake



A small bowl should be used to combine all of the components.

Give it a good stir, and then serve it over meat or vegetables.
