– 1 cup parsley, chopped– ¼ cup extra virgin olive oil– 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar– 1 shallot, diced– 2 garlic cloves, minced– ¼ teaspoon salt– ¼ teaspoon black pepper– ⅛ teaspoon red pepper flake
