Simple Roasted Classic Vegetables Recipe

Usually, the major dishes or proteins—roasted chicken thighs, salmon, or pork tenderloin—are the easiest to prepare. Although side dishes may add taste and nutrition to the meal, they are generally overlooked.


– 2 heads broccoli, cut into floret – 1 head cauliflower, cut into floret – 3 large carrots, diced – ¼ cup olive oil – 1 teaspoon salt – ½ teaspoon pepper



Warm the oven up to 400 F. As the oven heats up, put a big baking sheet in it.
