The Ultimate Detox Salad Recipe

Vitamin-rich raw vegetable salad with detoxifying lemon-parsley dressing. Add your favourite vegetables, nuts, seeds, meats, and condiments for a healthy, tasty dinner. 

 – ▢ 1/3 cup avocado oil – ▢1/3 cup fresh lemon juice – ▢1/2 cup fresh parsley – ▢2 tsp stone ground mustard – ▢2 tsp pure maple syrup – ▢1 pinch sea salt, to taste

Lemon-Parsley Dressing: 

– ▢ 1/2 cup raw almonds, roasted and chopped – ▢2 cups baby kale – ▢2 cups red cabbage, thinly sliced – ▢2 cups broccoli florets, finely chopped – ▢2 carrots, peeled and grated – ▢1/2 red bell pepper, cut into match stick – ▢3 radishes, thinly sliced – ▢4 stalks green onion, chopped – ▢1 large avocado, diced

Detox Salad:

Step 1

Blend lemon-parsley dressing ingredients until smooth. Reserve until usage.

Make the Lemon Parsley Dressing:

Step 2

A baking sheet at 375 degrees F should bake the almonds. Roast 5 minutes till golden. Cut on a board after cooling. 

Make the Salad:

Mix salad ingredients in a large basin. Cover the salad with lemon-parsley dressing and toss until coated. Serve bowls as an entrée immediately!
