– ▢ 1/2 cup raw almonds, roasted and chopped– ▢2 cups baby kale– ▢2 cups red cabbage, thinly sliced– ▢2 cups broccoli florets, finely chopped– ▢2 carrots, peeled and grated– ▢1/2 red bell pepper, cut into match stick– ▢3 radishes, thinly sliced– ▢4 stalks green onion, chopped– ▢1 large avocado, diced

A baking sheet at 375 degrees F should bake the almonds. Roast 5 minutes till golden. Cut on a board after cooling.
