An easy one-pan clean dinner recipe with immunity-boosting turmeric chicken and vegetables

Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F. On a sheet pan, drizzle 2–3 tablespoons avocado oil over chopped vegetables. Toss veggies with sea salt and oil using your hands.

After lightly coating chicken thighs with avocado oil, sprinkle ground turmeric, paprika, and sea salt. Hand-rub oil and seasonings on chicken thighs.
