Whole30 Turkey Chili Recipe 

 Beanless Whole30 chili recipe with vegetables and ground turkey made in one pot in just 35 minutes 

 – 2 Tbsp avocado oil or olive oil – 1/2 yellow onion chopped – 1 small sweet potato chopped – 1 large carrot peeled and chopped – 1 red bell pepper cored and chopped – 1 pasilla pepper cored and chopped – 3 cloves garlic minced – 2 Tbsp chili powder – 1 tsp ground cumin – 2 tsp ground paprika – 2 tsp dried oregano – 1 tsp sea salt to taste – 1 lb ground turkey – 1 15-ounce can diced tomatoe – 1.5 cups low-sodium chicken broth or bone broth

 –   coconut milk yogurt – 1 large ripe avocado sliced – 1/2 cup fresh cilantro chopped – 4 stalks green onion chopped

Step 1

 1. Heat oil in a pot. 2. Add veggies, cook for 5 mins. 3. Stir in spices, cook for 3 mins

Step 2

Move the vegetables to one side of the stock pot and add the ground turkey to the stock pot. Allow it to brown on one side 1 to 2 minutes before stirring it into the vegetables

Add the diced tomatoes and chicken broth and stir well. Cover and bring to a full boil. Reduce heat to a simmer and continue cooking at least 20 minutes

 Serve chili with homemade coconut milk yogurt, sliced avocado, cilantro, and green onion and any other toppings you fancy!
