- My daughter loves Strawberry Lemonade, Pink Lemonade, or any other name you want to use. Since she doesn’t like gas, she doesn’t drink a lot of pop or bubble water when she’s celebrating, which is fine with me!
- However, I don’t like how fake and sugary store-bought or restaurant lemonade can be.
- That’s why I set out to make a homemade strawberry lemonade that I can feel good about giving her and that only takes me 10 minutes to make. And yes, strawberry lemonade made at home can really be very good for you.
- One pound of strawberries and one and a half cups of lemon juice are needed for this dish.
- Strawberry by itself has almost 700 mg of potassium, 9 grams of fiber, and 444% of your DV of vitamin C. There are 44 grams of vitamin C and 376 mg of potassium in the lemon. It’s not all work and food, though.
- For more sweetness, you could use sugar instead of honey in this strawberry lemonade recipe. I’m not saying it’s healthy, but making our favorite foods at home is better than buying them at the store.
- Rose water is what makes it special. Toffees like Turkish Delight and strawberry preserves often have it, but it tastes great in a lot of different recipes.
- It’s not necessary for this lemonade to taste good, but it does. It gives it a little something extra and helps the subtle sweetness of the strawberries stand out.
- It went over well at my house, and I hope it does the same for you. Make Strawberry Lemonade for the kids, and try our rosé lemonade for a pink lemonade that’s a bit more grown up.

Ingredients
- ¾ cup honey or sugar
- 6 large lemons, juiced (1 ½ cups lemon juice)
- 1 pound strawberries, hulled
- 5 cups water
- 2 tablespoons rosewater
Instructions
- Add 1 cup of water and ¾ cup of honey or sugar to a small pot set over medium-low heat. This will make the honey syrup or simple syrup. Stir the honey or sugar into the water as you bring it to a low boil. It should only take one minute. If you add sugar, the juice should turn clear from gray. If you use honey, it should stick together.
- Mix the things together: Fruits and lemon juice should be put into a machine. Using a blender, blend for 30 seconds or until you get a liquid and no strawberry pieces remain. It might take a little longer to blend if your blender isn’t very strong.
- Have fun! Fill a jug with cold water. Add the strawberry lemon mush, honey water (or sugar water), rosewater, and 4 cups of water. Use a stir to mix.
