Ingredients

  • Seeds from 2 to 3 pomegranates, for ice (optional)
  • 2 cups cranberry pomegranate juice
  • 1 cup orange juice

Instructions

  1. Make the fruit ice the night before if you want to. Put the pomegranate seeds in a bendy ring shape, like the kind you’d use for a bundt cake. Put water in it and freeze it overnight. Put your Cava and club soda in the fridge to cool down.
  2. Mix and put in the fridge. Put the orange juice, lime juice, cranberry pomegranate juice, orange blossom water, and vodka, if you’re using it, into a 3-quart punch bowl. Mix everything together slowly. Put plastic wrap over the bowl and put it in the fridge for at least 4 hours and up to overnight, until you’re ready to serve.
  3. Add the bubbles right before serving. Pour in the cold cava and club soda when you’re ready to serve. Just stir it again slowly to mix everything.
  4. Include ice. You can put the pomegranate ice ring or a big block of ice in the middle of the punch bowl if you want to use one. Put orange and lime wheels on top.
  5. Do it. Arrange fruit slices and mint leaves in each glass. Put a ladle in the punch bowl so that your guests can help themselves. If you made the ice, you can place the scoop in the middle of the ladle to keep it tall. Happy drinking!
