Ingredients
- 900 g bag of frozen crispy potatoes
- 500 ml of sour cream
- 1 400 g can of cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 1/4 teaspoon of pepper
- 1 teaspoon dried onion powder
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 140 g of melted butter divided
- 200 g grated cheddar cheese
- 250 g of cornflakes crushed
Instructions
- Warm the oven up to 200C (320F).
- Melt 6 tablespoons of butter and mix it with the chicken soup, sour cream, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder in a big bowl.
- Mix it up well.
- After that, add the chopped cheese and potatoes and mix them together.
- Then put the potato and cheese mix in a dish that can go in the oven.
- While waiting, break the cornflakes into breadcrumbs with a rolling pin in a freezer bag.
- Add crushed cornflakes and remaining 4 tablespoons melted butter. Mix thoroughly.
